How long before my booking should I arrive?
Aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your flight booking
What should I wear?
Ensure closed in flat soled shoes. You can wear an Aerohunter provided flying suit for a full experience – We still recommend a change of clothes though because you can still get warm, especially in summer
Should I eat before my flight?
We recommend you do not change your daily schedule. Exception to this is to not be dehydrated – Hangovers or alcohol related effects are not permitted
Can I bring a camera with me?
Absolutely – We recommend it! We also offer an optional USB which means you can just sit back and take it all in rather than viewing it through a camera lens.
How long is my Gift Voucher valid for?
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase unless a date is specified when ordering. After this date a surcharge of $50 WILL be applicable.
Can I buy a memento of my flight?
Yes! We offer a full HD Video option with audio given to you on the day on USB, T-Shirts, Hats, Stubby Coolers, and Coffee Mugs.(Subject to availability)
What if the weather is not suitable?
We will be looking at the weather closely in the days leading up to your flight. If deemed unsuitable you will be called as early as possible to reschedule. Allow up to 2 hours to get your flight done incase of small weather delays.
Can I reschedule?
You can reschedule outside of 7 days prior to your flight. No show Gift Vouchers will be deemed as expired unless exceptional circumstances exist.
What will my guests do whilst I am flying?
Watch with Envy! Both Rutherford and Cessnock are ideally located such that your family and friends have a grandstand view of your whole experience.
How long will it be before my Gift Voucher / USB arrive?
Usually allow a week for the Gift Voucher and 10 minutes after your flight for your USB to be handed over to you.
Do you do discount group bookings?
Yes. Call or email for a quote. We can also cater for corporate days and include extra aircraft, drinks, meals, sporting events, etc to keep everyone busy.
What if I don’t feel well?
From time to time this occurs. This flight is about you, not about us – We do it everyday! Therefore if you don’t want to tumble and turn, then we won’t tumble and turn. We do carry airsickness bags though, should they be required.
